Teledyne ISCO's PeakTrak® software provides single point control of all mass spectrometer parameters. The user can select from three predetermined ionization settings or customize the ionization parameters to maximize signal strength for the target compound. PeakTrak allows the user to define up to four mass ions for​ peak detection, or three mass ions and one mass ion range. Users can manually inject their sample prior to purification to determine the appropriate ionization parameters for detection of their compound.
